土曜日であったが、夕方電話すると大丈夫とのこと。さっそく予約を入れ、お店に入ると、まず、壁一面に張られた有名人の来店時の写真である。
千人以上の写真が貼られているらしいが、確かに壮観である。
こちらは、数々のオリジナル料理を楽しめることが受けている。で、私が頼んだのは、コース料理で「月替りの田村会席」である。
順番に、突き出しの豆腐、毛がにの「酢の物」大きな栗が入った「茶碗蒸し」、松茸や秋の旬の味覚が入った「土瓶蒸し」である。
５種類のネタが盛られた「刺身盛り」、これまた秋の味覚の「秋刀魚塩焼き」、ピリ辛の「揚げナスかつお煮」、そして「かき揚げ」である。
食事物は、２品とも、田村名物で、左はシコシコのうどんを麻婆味のお汁で食す「田村うどん」、そして右は、ぶりと大葉を太巻きにした「ぶりの太巻き」である。
「田村うどん」は、うどんと麻婆の相性もなかなかで、これからの季節、体もあったまっていいだろう？
あと、写真はないが、これらに、もずく酢とデザートが付いていた。
また、こちらは、コース以外に注文した「牛タン」と「焼き魚（行ってから時間がたってしまって、何の魚だったか失念した……はちめだったかな？(^^;;）」である。
焼き魚は、タレに漬け込んであって、とても美味しかった。
全体的には、味については、たぶん、ここ以上に美味しいお店は石川県内にも多数あると思う。中には秀逸な味の料理もあったが、全体的には値段相応だろう？
しかし、地元名物の旬の素材をうまくアレンジして、これでもか！といった感じで出してくれるし、一通りの料理をリーズナブルに味わえる点が、県外の客に喜ばれているのではないだろうか？
