食べログ百名店にも選出されている、【高崎屋】にいってきました！金沢駅から近いのもとてもよかったです。1階と2階がありますが、手配していたのは2階の掘り炬燵の席！コースは月のコース：7400円を予約しました✌️❤️すごーくテンポ良く出てきて、子連れでもあったのでとても助かりました！！

■珍味４種盛
→白子のお吸い物がムッチャクチャ美味しくて感動。プリプリ。
■刺身盛り合わせ
→鯨があったのがびっくり。海老と烏賊に特に感動したかも✨
■茹でガニ
→美味しかったけど、ポーションは小さめ！ ■喉黒
→いやーこれがコースの中で1番美味しかったかなぁ❤️絶妙の焼き加減で脂身たっぷりすぎた。
■鴨治部煮
→この治部煮も衝撃的に美味しかったし、野菜もお肉もプリプリ。トロトロ具合も好き。
■寿司５種盛
→最後の方はややスローペースになってきたので、お腹が結構いっぱいになっていました。寿司はどれも工夫があって、もちろんネタの美味しさは語るまでもないけど、そのちょっとのオリジナリティを楽しめた！
■デザート
→ほうじ茶のゼリーといちごマスカット！
