日曜お昼、予約して4人でやってきました。まずクラフトビール（金沢ラガー）をもらって乾杯。突き出しの【梅貝と穴子串】、それから【焼白子】1300円と【のどぐろの塩焼き】を皆でつまみながら、日本酒（剣）に切り替えて楽しみます。昼酒はうまいなぁ～♪
今回の金沢滞在中にのどぐろ塩焼きをいただくのは2回目ですが、ずいぶんお味が違います。昨日の加賀屋さんでいただいたやつは、脂たっぷりという感じだったのですが、これは、身が引き締まった感じ。どっちもすごくおいしいです。いろいろ食べられて良かったな。
締めは【おまかせ寿司9貫】1800円【高崎屋の治部煮定食】3000円を1つずつを皆で分けていただきました。それから焼白子を載せてた昆布をさらにカリカリに炙ってもらっていただきましたよ。
お寿司、具もご飯もおいしいし、治部煮もおいしい。なんでもおいしいですね、こちら♪
さて、予定の時刻も近づいてきました。新幹線に乗る前に駅でお土産を買う時間も欲しいですからね。
