金沢駅近くでランチを食べようと数件廻るが大混雑！
予めBM済みのこちらに訪問しました。
時間は11:30頃と少し早いため店内は先客が１組のみ
1人でしたのでカウンターに案内されめした。
カウンター前にはネタケースがあり、どれも鮮度が良さそうです。
迷わず昼の限定「海鮮ちらし寿し」を注文しました。
後から予約の方や、海外からの観光客、地元サラリーマンまで来られて人気ですね！
茶碗蒸しの出来上がりにあわせて、
ケースからネタを取り少しづつ切っていて、海鮮ちらしにするので安心できますし、この時点で味は間違いなしですよね！

待つこと15分くらいでお盆が運ばれてきました。

少しづつ色々なお魚や味が楽しめて、蟹も入ってたのが嬉しいです。
味噌汁には魚のアラが入り、
茶碗蒸しも熱々で、手抜き無しに美味しいです。
