この日は、金沢香林坊から徒歩圏の、明治時代からあるという、老舗の金沢の和食料理、地元の食材をふんだんに使った郷土料理が楽しめる「魚半」さんに行きました。定食スタイルにしてもらいました。治部煮は絶品、だし汁が美味しいのとお麩が柔らかくだし汁味がしみていました。金目鯛の煮付けは生姜が入ってネギがちらしてあり、私が好物な煮物の味でこれも絶品、金沢のお米もお水も美味しいです。お値段リーズナブルで、とても贅沢な夕食を味わえます。
