創業120年以上の老舗で、今の大将は4代目、東京、大阪で板前の修行をされたような方だそうです。
老舗の金沢料理を食べたいと入ったのですが、大当たりでした。大変美味しかったです…！
お料理はもちろん、大将や店員さんの心意気が素晴らしく、能登蟹、フグ、金沢ののどぐろ等々…金沢の幸をこれでもかと堪能させていただきました。

蟹をその場で捌いていただいたのですが、刺身がもはやカニではないデザートのような甘さで素晴らしかったです。
