金沢市木倉町にある和仏料理？和風創作フレンチ？のお店「鏑木」へ。
カウンターのみの店内は定食屋？と思うような雰囲気のお店です。

コースの内容としてはどれも絶品です。
六種の前菜から始まり、本日のスープはスープパスタと言われて提供されたのは、温かい素麺の様物でしたが、牛すじ煮込みスープのパスタでかなり美味しいです。
ロブスターはソースが二種で混ぜ合わせて食べると双方の良いところが混ざり合う感じで美味しかったです。
追加したフォアグラがどちらも絶品で、個人的には照り焼きは食感フワフワで味も濃い目なので少しでご飯が何倍でも進みます。
和洋折衷のいい混ざり合いでした。
