金沢駅付近で地物を食べようと思ったらやはり狼煙さん。
観光客向けのお店は増えてますが、昔からある地元民にも愛されるお店。
最初にお通しで出たバイ貝がとても美味しく最高な夜になることを確信しました！
刺身の盛り合わせや白エビのかき揚げ、ガスエビの刺身と日本酒の熱燗(手取川、菊姫)を頬張りました。
ガスエビはとても甘くてトロッとしており、北陸にきたらぜひトライして頂きたい一品です。
