元上司と現上司、取引先のシャチョさんと狼煙さんへ。
金沢は観光客でごった返してますな♪
先ずは生ビールで乾杯♪
シャチョさんが色々と頼んでくれました。
牡蠣の天ぷら、白子ポン酢、サバのヘシコ、刺し身盛り合わせ。
白子はこの季節ほんとに美味しいな。
〆に香箱が到着。
金沢産の初物です!
内子たっぷりで、丁寧な仕事されてます。
当然美味いわ!
