金沢市の繁華街、片町の裏手にある欧風料理の老舗です。ランチはミニコース料理
やパスタランチ等を出しています。今日はこちらを、訪問する予定ではありません
でしたが予定のお店に振られてしまい急遽思い出して初訪問となりました。飲食店
の並ぶ、裏手の路地にあるので隠れ屋的お店ですね。
＊（そとくんお奨め℃） (>_<) 残念な結果でした。
＊（ランチ）
・ワタリガニのトマトクリームパスタ（税込1550円）
メイン・サラダ・スープ・パン・ドリンクのミニコースになっています。お客さん
は私１人であれっ？まずスープとサラダが来ました。スープはジャガイモのスープ
で熱過ぎで裏ごしが十分で無いのか舌触りがザラッとしています。サラダは普通。
パンはフランスパンかガーリックトーストが選べました。さて肝心のパスタですが
このワタリガニのパスタは、このお店の名物だった？はずです。
（問題点１）料理が中央に盛られず、片寄ったままだされた。これは失礼！
（問題点２）水分の飛ばし過ぎ？トマトソースが少なくてパスタを包んでいない。
（問題点３）カニのエキスが活かされていない。甲羅はなく足のみ入っていましたが
多分これはオス蟹でしょう。なぜなら身が痩せてましたし、メス蟹の旬
は冬～春で内子があるはずですから。オス蟹の旬は夏～秋なので当然今
の時期は美味しいくない。無理やり足をのせず足を潰してエキスを取り
出して、生かしたらどうでしょうか。私は素人ですが…。
（問題点４）塩気がもう1,5くらい足らず味がぼやけてる。塩梅を理解されてる？？

・駐車場は繁華街に付き有りません。近くのコインパーク利用しましょう。
・店内は天井が低く、こじんまりしています。カウンター、テーブルで22席です。
・お昼だけかも知れませんが、シェフとオーナー？の２名だけでした。

野郎１人だから料理に手を抜いたのか？慣れてしまったのか？素人の意見も参考に
してもう１度考えてみて欲しいです。あくまでランチのみで無評価にしました。
