今年もお盆を避けて車で金沢の義母に会いに来た。平日高速の割引を獲得するため 朝の3時半に千葉の自宅を出発。途中数回休憩したけど約７時間、11時に到着した。
まずは家内曰く、金沢ではじぇったい外せない天下の『8番らーめんへ』
ここのラーメンは野菜がシャキシャキ入っていて、わたしもファンだ。
家内が運転してくれるので昼間からをゴクゴクだ。
そして餃子に今日はバターを入れたシンプルならーめんだ。これに胡椒をたんまり入れて、暑い金沢で汗をタラタラかいて食した。
家内は昔から変わらずの醤油らーめんだ。
配膳ロボットの“いずみちゃん”と“こいずみくん”が大活躍、このネーミングは泉ケ丘店からきているのは明白だ。
一年に一度は食べたくなるそんな懐かしいらーめん、一度食べていきまっし！
