この週末は飛行機＆ホテル修行で金沢独り旅。
明日のランチは鮨屋を予約しているので、今日は鮨以外が食べたいと思いググっていたところ、何やら聞き覚えの無いご当地グルメが⁉️
ハントンライスなるもので、パッと見オムライスにフライが乗っかっているだけなのだが、何やら能書は色々と書いてある。まぁ物は試しと思い、発祥店のこちらにお邪魔し初実食。果たしてお味は‥思った通り只のオムライス。しかも味付けの濃い昔ながらのケチャップライスでした ネットの記事通りボリュームは相当なので男女問わず、小サイズで十分かと思われます。
