金沢のご当地洋食 |
過去出張で何度も金沢には来ているが、まだハントンライスを食べたことが無かったので、宿泊先の片町にあるオーツカさんに祝日の夜18時半頃に伺いました。3つあるカウンターに案内され、ハントンライスの大とコールスローを注文しました。。食べたところ、オムライスの上にフライが乗っているような料理で、卵がトロトロでとてもおいしかｃつたのおですが、大を頼んだので、盛りが凄くて大食漢の私でも腹11分目ぐらいになり、腹パンパンでした。コールスローは茹でたキャベツではなくキャベツサラダでした。
