最近の金沢界隈の寿司店は北陸新幹線開通以来人気でなかなか予約が取れず、価格も高騰していますが、こちらのお店は老舗でありながら、大通りに面しているからか、穴場的な存在で予約が取りやすい。
もちろんお料理は加賀料理の伝統を踏まえているし、魚は新鮮、お寿司もなかなかです。
惜しむらくは大将が少し職人気質ですが、スタッフがカバーしてくれます。
