It's Kanazawa, where the crab ban has been lifted. About 20 years ago, when I lived in Kanazawa, I went to a Sushi (not that expensive) several times. Approximately 8,000 yen per person for an appetizer (conger eel liver boiled style is rare), sashimi, 7 pieces of selection, beer, and 2 cups of warm sake. This restaurant had delicious cold yellowtail from Himi, but unfortunately this time it was yellowtail from Hokkaido. Global warming has an impact here as well. But the Hokkaido yellowtail was also quite delicious ^^ I forgot to take a photo of the crab nigiri which was the most important part.
