金沢旅行思い出の〆は当店で・・・、金沢駅からほど近い、お車で５分程です。
２０１４年7月にリニューアルオープンし和と洋の調和がとれた店内。客席の片隅には石臼が置かれ製粉時にはほのかに蕎麦の香りが広がります。 また蕎麦の産地にもこだわり、農家さんの顔が見える国内産の玄蕎麦を直接仕入れております。店舗自家製粉工房にて『磨き』『石抜き』『選別』『脱皮』等の工程を手間暇かけ、その日使う分だけを石臼挽き自家製粉しています。蕎麦本来の香りと風味、本格蕎麦をごゆっくりとお楽しみくださ |

店横に専用駐車場有り。
平日ディナータイムに利用させてる頂きました。
単品で牛すじと天せいろを注文しました。
天ぷらは
茄子
大葉
しいたけ
かぼちゃ
海老などです。
海老は結構小ぶりでした。
蕎麦はさっぱり系で蕎麦の風味とかはあまり感じません。
牛すじはホロホロ系では無いですがしっかり煮込んである味付けで美味しかったです。
もう少し蕎麦のおいしさが感じられるといいなと思いました。
