金沢旅行思い出の〆は当店で・・・、金沢駅からほど近い、お車で５分程です。
２０１４年7月にリニューアルオープンし和と洋の調和がとれた店内。客席の片隅には石臼が置かれ製粉時にはほのかに蕎麦の香りが広がります。 また蕎麦の産地にもこだわり、農家さんの顔が見える国内産の玄蕎麦を直接仕入れております。店舗自家製粉工房にて『磨き』『石抜き』『選別』『脱皮』等の工程を手間暇かけ、その日使う分だけを石臼挽き自家製粉しています。蕎麦本来の香りと風味、本格蕎麦をごゆっくりとお楽しみくださ |

●金沢駅からはちょっと離れていて、車じゃないと行きづらい場所にある美味しいそば屋！
上諸江駅からは徒歩でも行けそうな距離ではあります。
天候の良くない日曜日でしたが12時ちょい前にはほぼ満席となっており、人気もあります。
●石臼挽き純手打そばで、瑞々しいそばが美味しいです！
ご飯ものが少ないのがちょっと残念ですが、天ぷらも美味しく満足の内容です♪
●飲食の出来ない乳児入店可です。

まずせいろそばですが、店内にある機械式の石臼で挽いており、
瑞々しくて、しっかりとそばの味、鼻に抜ける香りと、後に心地良く残る苦味を感じられ美味！
美味しいからこそ、ちょっとシビアに見ると切りがやや不均等なのが惜しい。
天ぷらは、おおば、しいたけ、なす、かぼちゃ、きす、えびの6種で、
サックリと衣も薄く揚がっており美味しいです♪そばにも良く合います！
