金沢旅行思い出の〆は当店で・・・、金沢駅からほど近い、お車で５分程です。
２０１４年7月にリニューアルオープンし和と洋の調和がとれた店内。客席の片隅には石臼が置かれ製粉時にはほのかに蕎麦の香りが広がります。 また蕎麦の産地にもこだわり、農家さんの顔が見える国内産の玄蕎麦を直接仕入れております。店舗自家製粉工房にて『磨き』『石抜き』『選別』『脱皮』等の工程を手間暇かけ、その日使う分だけを石臼挽き自家製粉しています。蕎麦本来の香りと風味、本格蕎麦をごゆっくりとお楽しみくださ |
お店に入ると、そばの良い香りが。。
店内でそばを挽いています。そば粉は販売もしているそう。
お茶も美味しい蕎麦茶を頂けます。
初訪問はすっきりとしたもの＋お腹が空いていたので天せいろそばをチョイス。
10分程度で提供されます。
蕎麦をつゆに半分ほどつけて啜ると…これは美味しい！
喉越しはすっきりですが、鼻からスーッと蕎麦の香りが抜けていきます。
一緒に蕎麦湯ももちろん提供され、最後の最後まで蕎麦の奥深さを楽しませて頂きました。
