暑い日、金沢城をまわって兼六園へ。入園ゲート前、涼をもとめて店内に吸い込まれました。隈研吾さん設計のお洒落なカフェ、贅沢抹茶のかき氷をオーダーしました。最近流行りのふわふわ氷ではなく、しゃりしゃり感のある氷。濃厚抹茶蜜と抹茶エスプーマ、あんこと白玉と豪華なかき氷、特に暑い日だったので美味しさ倍増！とても美味しかったです！
