金沢にある好評価のオーセンティック・バーです。
繁華街片町から歩いて行きました。
平日の夜に初訪問。
つたのからまる建物。
店内はカウンター7席。
ボードにフルーツの名前。フルーツカクテルです。
■つきだし :
四角いお皿。
パイナップルのマチュドニア(甘く味付け)、スモークベーコン、スモークチーズ、クラッカー。
特にスモークベーコンは味わい深かったです。
■シャインマスカット :
グラスにシャインマスカットをいれて、木の棒ですりつぶします。
果汁をお酒と一緒にシェイク。
カクテルグラスに注ぎます。
底に青いお酒足して完成。
シャインマスカットの果汁がしっかり甘い。
見た目にも美しく、大変おいしいです。
■梨 :
加賀しずくという品種。
とても甘く、水分が多い梨。
石川県産で、２週間くらいしか出回らないそうです。
こちらも木の棒ですりつぶし、果汁をシェイク。
梨の甘みが非常に強いです。
お会計 5400円。
大変おいしいフルーツカクテルとおつまみでした。
雰囲気がよく、贅沢な時間をゆっくり過ごすことができました。
