初めての金沢出張‼︎
1週間くらい前からお店を調べて、他のお店に行きましたが駐車場一杯&行列で断念....。
サクッと調べて訪問しました。
納豆ラーメン 900円
焼豚丼小 250円
を注文。
醤油系の出汁ベースのスープに細麺で
あっさりとした印象！
そこに豪快に乗ったひきわりの納豆は
想像以上にマッチ！
とても美味しかったです！
びっくりしたのが、焼豚丼です。
炙ってあるのか、炭のような香りが強く
今まで食べた焼豚丼の中で最も美味しかった
かも知れません！
なかなか来れませんが、タイミングがあればまた来たいです！
