近江町市場に地元民集まるうどん。
観光エリアの中で地元の人集まるというのは間違いないお店。ドアを開けると出汁の香り、上がってくる。店名を冠した百万石うどんをチョイス…どんなうどんなんだろう…
待つこと5分。あつあつの器、中には天ぷら、テンションあがる。
キレイな出汁、透き通ってる。力強くも繊細…美味しい…うますぎる。うどんは手打ち。ところどころ太さが違うことが食感の違いを生み出す、出汁に絡む いうことない。
天ぷらあるの忘れるくらいベースのうどん、出汁がすごいレベル。これは地元の人たち集まるやつだわ。オープンキッチンもライブ感あり。
隣の人はチャーシュー麺頼んでる。
うどん店でラーメンチョイス……めちゃうまそう。
うどんとラーメンを半々で頼めたら良いな……
