江戸時代の風情を残す、金沢観光の代表格のひがし茶屋街。
街並みそのものに文化的な価値がありますが、その中には建物自体が国指定重要文化財に選定されるものもある。茶屋町の創設当初（1820年）に建てられた「志摩」、茶屋建築の中では唯一選定されるほど貴重なものだとか。まずは、入館料（500円）を払って、当時のイケてる庶民達の文化に触れた後は、別棟にある『寒村庵』に立ち寄りましょう。お庭を眺めながらお抹茶をいただくことができるのです。上生菓子のテーマは「桜のつぼみ」。まさに旬を切り取った絶好のご提案でございます。ご馳走様でした。
