金沢には美味しそうなお寿司屋さんがたくさんあります。
土曜日に急遽、電話して予約できたお店がこちらの『森しげ』さん。
カウンターのみのこじんまりとした店内。
明るすぎず、暗すぎず、ちょうどいい照明具合。
大将と女将さんの二人で切り盛りしているみたいです。
日本酒もこだわった物が置いてあり、好感が持てます。
味はもちろん美味しく、特に評判の高い『白子焼き』は絶品でした。
これだけ食べにリピートしたいと思わせる逸品です。
量もバランスもちょうど良く、静かで上質な時間を過ごせました。
土曜日でしたが、二組のみの営業でした。（なぜだ？）
結構、日本酒を飲んだので、お値段は３人で５万円オーバー也。
まあ、たまにはいいでしょ。
