昨年、初めてこちらに伺いました。
頂いたのは、お任せで‥。
全体的に、美味しいと感じられましたが、トロやイカ、ウニ、煮穴子は普通です。
美味しいと感じたもの
↓
・ホタルイカの酢味噌和え
酢味噌の塩梅がちょうど良い
・鯛の昆布〆
程よい〆加減
・タコの湯引き
ちょうど良い半生加減。絞ったカボスと能登産の塩を付けて‥。
シンプルですが、これが絶品でした。
・〆鯖
こちらも良い〆加減で美味しく頂きました。
・フグの白子焼き
これは、今回頂いたお料理の中で断トツに美味しかったです！
昆布の上に白子が乗っており、昆布の旨味が程よく白子に移ってます。クリーミーさも伴ってベストマッチでした。
・昆布〆ののどぐろの握り
多分、こちらのお店の〆加減が私には合ってるかと思います。
のどぐろ好きには堪らない一品。
・ガス海老の卵と肝乗せ
東京でもこう言う感じで出しているお店は有るのでしょうか‥？
海老がとても甘くて美味。また、卵と肝もアクセントに‥。
・鰯の棒寿司
酢飯とシソを巻いたものの上にゴマと鰯、白板昆布の順で巻かれたもの。
アクセントになっているゴマ、昆布の甘酢がちょうど良い一品。
また来訪するかは不明ですが、上記に記したお料理は美味しかったです。
