金沢の片町の静かな通りにあるお寿司屋さんです。こじんまりした店内ですが、カウンターは人数を絞っているのでゆったり。アットホームな感じで寛げました。
ご主人は九州出身で大阪で修行をされた方です。金沢に来てからは30年近く。各地の様々なお話を伺うことができて楽しかったです。
料理が出てから江戸前の握りの流れでした。

ひらめ 刺身
たこ 半生の仕上がり、珠洲の揚げ浜塩で
たらの白子 昆布の上で炙った逸品、風味が素晴らしい
しめさば
茶碗蒸し 百合根が美味しかった

干瓢巻き 干瓢はあっさり、海苔の香りがいいです
飲み物は瓶ビールで始めました。強くないので、日本酒は純米の手取川を半合だけ頂きました。
器も凝っています。刺身のお皿は大樋焼。下駄代わりのお皿は九谷焼でした。金沢らしくて好きです。
里帰りの際にはまた寄りたいです。
