すごく久しぶりに伺いました^o^
豆パン 170円
戦後バビロンの店長おじいちゃんが
小麦と酒種を使って金時豆を
くるんだのが始まり。
クロワッサンとこの豆パンが人気のようですが
前回買わなかったので買ってみました〜
豆たっぷりでまさに豆を食べてるようです。
和菓子職人だったみたいなのですがやはり美味しい。
パン生地はあくまで裏方ですがバターかな？
生地も負けずに美味しかったです。
コーヒーグラハム 200円
自家製コーヒーバタークリーム。
ファンが多いそうです。
生地は高温で焼いてるからか香ばしさがある。
塩っ気も少し感じました。
バターたっぷりの重ためクリームでコーヒーの苦味も
いい感じで良かったです(o^^o)
