寒い２月に予約して盛夏に訪れました。
連日の異常な暑さに食欲も減退気味、食べ切れるかなとの心配もどこへやら、とんだ杞憂でした。
毛蟹、鰻、鱧、金目鯛、宮崎牛、こだわりの野菜の数々、ふんだんな食材から創り出される素晴らしい料理が絶妙のタイミングで運ばれてきます。
箸を入れると湯気が立ち昇るうざくなど、感動ものです。
食前に頂くお茶から〆のご飯、水菓子まで、とても美味しく幸せな時を過ごせました。
空いていれば予約時に駐車場も頼めますが、店の付近の道は狭く一方通行などの規制もあるので、お気を付けください。

This was my second visit, 6 months after my last visit. The menu was centered around spring seafood and vegetables, and the ingredients and broth were delicious, giving a spring feel. It was a luxurious time to enjoy many seasonal dishes. However, there was nothing that was as impactful as the summer menu in August. I would like to come again in the winter.
