無添加調理の佃煮
兼六園からも近い場所にある老舗佃煮店です。無添加調理のため後味の良い佃煮を頂けます。 |
こちらあ無添加という佃煮を販売しているということで
以前から知っていて食べたこともあったのですが、
本店があるということでお邪魔しました。
兼六園のあたりの場所からも近く店内では試食も出来ました。
色々な種類がありましたがやっぱりどれも後味が良い。
へんな違和感が残らずご飯にあいます。
自分はいつもお粥にこちらの佃煮を一緒に食べていますが素材の味と後味の良さに長く使っています。
本店に寄った後には近くに蓄音機の記念館みたいなところがあり
そこにも寄って楽しむことが出来ました。けっこう面白かったです。
