兼六園からも近い場所にある老舗佃煮店です。無添加調理のため後味の良い佃煮を頂けます。 |
ひがし茶屋街を散策するために駐車場を尾張町の三井リパークに止め道を渡って歩く、ふと以前行ったことがある主計町の裏通りにこちらのお店があるなぁと思い出して立ち寄ってみましたｗ
店内には色とりどりの佃煮(笑) ちょっと試食をさせてもらいながら購入するものを選びました。
・能登牛ちりめん
・プレミアム佃煮三昧
・佃の自家製 大根寿し
せっかく本店に来ているのでこちらでしかいただけないものをチョイスｗ ちりめんは甘めだけど牛肉が混ざっているのでご飯にかけて食べるのが美味しそうｗ
佃煮三昧はちりめん・ごりと胡桃・まつ美人の贅沢な埋め合わせ、これはあまりに美味しかったので私が食べきる前に家の者が2,3日で食べつくしてしまいました。もっと食べたかったです(´;ω;｀) 大根寿しはお漬物よりは酢ものでちょっとクセはあるけどこれまた美味しくてご飯との相性ばっちりでした♪ 金沢を訪問した際は是非またこちらで色々な佃煮を購入したいですなあ(^^)/
