少し奥まった場所に佇む町屋の建物。
ここに予約必須の焼肉店があります。
海の幸のイメージが先行しがちな金沢。
実は焼肉店の人口@の数は日本トップクラス。
おでん屋さんの数も日本トップクラス。
焼肉は実は金沢の歴としたコアな食文化なのですね。
そんな金沢で焼肉を楽しむなら、
こちらのお店も知っておいて損はないお店でしょう。
和モダンのシックな店内、奥には小上がりの席があります。
スタッフさんが丁寧な案内と、説明をして下さいます。
そして、こちらのお店が好きなのは、特上・並みたいな同じ部位のランクがないこと。
これは、賛否あるかもしれません。
が、個人的には、いちいち無駄に財布気にして迷わずに、どの部位食べたいかってスムーズに注文できていいなと思いました。
そして、結局出てくるものの肉質は非常に良い！
そして、盛り付けも非常に美しい。
