近江町市場近くにある『大國鮨』。店内は、客との対話を大切にしたいとの思いから、カウンター10席だけである。おすすめは純地元産だけを使う「穴子」。ふっくら煮上がり、口の中でとろけるような食感が楽しめる。目の利く同業者や割烹の主人がよく食べに来るのも納得できる。 |
夫婦でこじんまりした店ですが、ちゃんとした丁寧な仕事で、梅を食べましたが、値段以上に美味しかったです。シャリのふわっとした握り具合、アナゴと牡蠣のにきりと白子ネタかけたつゆが、特に美味しい。
