金沢のたぬきうどんは、
揚げ玉がのらないそうです。
え！？
ちょっとびっくりしたんで、
こちらでいただいてみます。
ちなみに真夏日のお昼、
汗だくで入店し、
たぬきうどんを注文。
程なくやってきましたたぬきうどんは、
ネギとお揚げがのっています。
へぇー。
スープをすくうとトロトロ。
あんかけです。
はぇー。
恐る恐るいただいてみますと、
あら、おいしいです。
日常でとろみのついたうどん類を、
常食する習慣がないので、
若干斬新ではありますが、
これはこれで全然イケます。
トロミのあるお出汁も、
全然うまいです。
ただね、
トロミの効果で、
おつゆの温度はびっくりする位、
熱っいままをキープ。
こちらは汗だく。
さらに、
よく見るとすった生姜なんか添えられちゃってて、
さらに身体の芯まで温めてくれます。
サウナレベルの発汗効果。
産まれたての如く、
ビッシャビシャになりながら完食。
湿りながら会計をして外に出ますが、
その後小1時間、
汗が引きませんでした。
金沢のたぬきうどん、
真夏の喫食には注意が必要な事が分かりましたが、
いつもと違ったたぬきを食べられてよかったです。
