金沢の香林坊にあるお蕎麦屋さんです
なんと、夜の7時ぐらいに開店する夜型のお店でした
どうやら〆のそばを食べに来るためのお店らしい
注文はざるそば一枚のみです
蕎麦汁はやや甘めの後味です
薬味の大根と山葵で少し香りをつけて味の変化を楽しみます
ですが、最後は薬味の味が強くなってしまった
お蕎麦の量に対して汁の量が少ない
そばの風味はやや弱い
お値段600円
人気なのは「辛み大根おろし」です
呑んだ後はのど越しよさそうです
