お昼ご飯に焼きそばとお好み焼きとコーラオーダー。
目の前の鉄板で全て焼いてくれます。
オーダーしてからすぐにそして、
アッツアツの状態で食べれます！
焼きそばは関東ではあまりない、少し甘めのソースで味付けされており、一度食べると止まりません。
お好み焼きはマヨネーズのような白いソース？にカラシが効いており、(といっても辛くない)とても美味しいです。私は白いソースが特に好き。
席は全てカウンターです！
金沢に来ると必ずきてしまいます。
