[Kaga cuisine delivered directly from Nanao Port] selection fun conversation from the friendly owner and seasonal Kanazawa kappo cuisine!
The carefully prepared kappo cuisine, using fresh seafood from the Sea of Japan and carefully selected local ingredients from Kanazawa, is a masterpiece that can only be found in Kanazawa. Enjoy it wi |
A small restaurant run by a 77-year-old man, somewhere between a traditional Japanese restaurant and an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). Regulars and tourists seem to mix here. Although there is a written menu, as soon as you sit down, the food just keeps coming out. Just as the name suggests, it just keeps coming out. But when you take a bite, it's actually quite delicate in taste. It's too rude to call it Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). The jelly made with okra, yam, and crab is incredibly delicious. The sashimi was also prepared by the man in front of you, and it was extremely fresh. A total of 6-7 dishes came out, and we had about 3.5 cups of sake for two people, for about 6,000 yen per person. He asks some aggressive questions in the style of a Showa-era old man, so maybe high-class women aren't a good fit? Lol I love it. If you're interested, I recommend you go and get swept up in the man's pace.
