私はタイ料理が大好きで家庭でもつくるくらいです。
片町のコスモスビルにある頃から通っていて大好きな店の一つ。（当時の店名はコックンカー）
ここの料理人はタイ人でパタヤのホテルで長きに渡り料理長を勤めていた。
料理は決して日本人のクチに合わせずタイ現地の味そのものです。
ゲーン・キヨウ・ワーン（グリーンカレー）を初めて食べた時は衝撃が走りました。
今までのカレーの常識がブッとびました。
バッ・バッブン（空芯菜の炒め）は茎の中が空洞になってるのが名前の由来だそうです。
なのでシャキシャキ感は他の青菜と比べものにならないくらいいです。
好きなタイビールはシンハーで若干ビンは小さいですがアルコールは日本のビールより少し高い。
夏場は内灘海岸の同系列の海の家「アプレ」でもバンコックと同じ料理が味わえるのもいいですね。
海で食べるタイ料理は格別です。
