The elevator has a window that overlooks the Katamachi scramble intersection. The inside of the store has a great atmosphere. According to the store clerk, a lot of Thai and Vietnamese people come here. The owner is Japanese, but he spends half the year in Thailand and half the year in Japan, and the cook is Thai. They make very authentic Thai Cuisine, and it has been boasted that it is top class in Japan. In conclusion, I think you're right.
