It's a short walk from Kanazawa Station. The bright exterior is a good landmark. Apparently, this restaurant's specialty is grilling and searing the day's specialties on the grills that are always available at the counter and table seats. So the appetizer is grilled dried fish and eaten. There are three kinds of fish, so you can drink a glass of sake with just that. The "monkfish liver" and the seasonal recommendation "Tempura" go well with hot local sake. What surprised me was the "Kaga Bocha Stout" beer. A refreshing stout beer with a fragrant tea aroma. It's my first time trying anything like it. It might not be too heavy even as an aperitif. It was great to find a restaurant where you can taste Hokuriku fish and local sake. Thank you for the meal! It was very delicious!
