I was excited to go as this restaurant was a Tabelog 2023 Award winner. When I went after 9pm, the restaurant, which only had a counter and a raised area, was full and I was turned away. I killed time in the hot spring sauna at the nearby APA, and when I tried again after 10pm, it was empty and I was sucked into the counter. I ordered a rolled omelet and a mix of negiyaki, which was quite heavy after eating Yakiniku (Grilled meat) a few hours prior, but I decided to have the two dishes I was after. The rolled omelet had a light dashi broth. For the negiyaki, I was asked whether I preferred soy sauce or sauce, and since I wanted to try both, I asked if I could have half and half, which they gladly agreed to. Both were delicious, but I preferred the sauce. Thank you for the meal. #bellykuchi
