普段は全国チェーン店については書かないのですが、
今回は書きます！
スシローさんがすごいですよ。
最近匠の一皿ってやってるのですが、
今北陸にフォーカスが当たってます！
なんと富山の寿司No1の「鮨し人」さんと石川の食べログ上位の「レスピラシオン」さんが
作ったお寿司がでてます。
よくホテル監修とか料亭監修ってありますが、
監修ってほとんどが、ものはその販売会社や製造会社が作って、
監修先に見てもらいOK出すってパターンがほとんどです。
でも今回のスシローさんは作ってもらったんですよ。
監修じゃないんですよ。
すごいですね。
で、味のほうです。
まずは鮨の人さんの「鱒の介寿司」です。
そのへんにゴロゴロしている鱒ずしよりもおいしいです。
3種類あって、生・炙り・押し寿司です。
どれもおいしくて、色々楽しめます。
レスピラシオンさんはインパクト甘えびです。
コースの最初に出される一皿をお寿司にしましたってものらしいです。
甘えびに甘えびのジュレとフレークをかけてて、
濃厚な甘えびを味わえます。
この２品があるだけでも北陸の人は行く価値がありますよね。
