今回の金沢グルメツアー、夜の部初日
とりあえずは蟹が食べられるお店を事前に予約し、訪問することに
同目的から探し、寸前ながら予約が出来たのがこちら「まぐろがんち」
解禁を迎えたばかりの蟹をコースで頂ける他、店名通りまぐろら魚介が味わえるコースになるとのことで
本日は同コースを頂いてみるものとなりました
まずは付け出し代わりに、まぐろのお刺身、前菜2品から提供
その見た目が如く、甘みあるマグロを味わったところで、お次は早くも蟹が登場
食べやすく、且つ豪快に盛り付けられたゆでずわい蟹が1人1杯ずつ
たっぷりの蟹味噌を宿しており、これに加えて足もしっかり提供
甲羅一面に詰まった、蟹のほぐし身を堪能しながら、次の料理を待つものとなります
続いて口直しとばかりに提供されましたのが、能登豚のローストポーク
そしてもう一度魚介に戻り、輪島ふぐの唐揚げ、能登鶏卵と蟹の茶碗蒸しと続き
〆にはたっぷりの蟹に出汁を宿した蟹茶漬けが提供
丸々一杯の蟹を食べた後、更に追いメシならぬ、追いガニを与えてくれるこちらのお茶漬け
出汁にも蟹の風味が漂っており、口に運ぶひとさじひとさじが、全て蟹に包まれるものとなります
ラストはスイーツの提供でコースは終焉
ボリューム的には少し少なめとなりましたが、その分蟹を贅沢に堪能
せっかくの観光でハシゴしたい身としては、むしろ適度なボリュームのコースとなりました。
