金沢へ一泊旅行。宿泊は駅前のビジネスホテルのため夜は自由に好きなものを食べられます。
夕飯に、地元の幸が集まる居酒屋さんで金沢おでんにカニ料理、名物のどぐろ焼きなどを楽しんだあと、通りかかりに見つけたこちら まぐろがんちさんで今宵のシメを。すでにお腹も満たされてお酒も進んでいましたので軽く飲んで帰ろうねということで入りました。
いただいたのは鮪の希少部位が少しずつ楽しめる盛り合わせ。ホホ、脳天、のど肉、あご肉のタタキなど普段食べたことのないマグロの希少部位をお刺身でいただけるなんて。
偶然入ったお店でしたが、大正解でした。
鮪の専門店ならではのメニューばかりです。
〆にはマグロ茶漬けをいただきました。
トロのお刺身にお出汁がかかりレア状態で美味しくいただきました。
