カニを求めて・・・
【時期】3月末。本来、カニのシーズンは終わっているのだが、事前に予約をして用意をしてもらった。
【食事】
・カニの刺身:口に入れた瞬間、カニの甘みが口イッパイに広がった。基本お酒が飲めないのだが、この時ばかりはお酒と共に、美味しくいただきました。
・カニの天ぷら:熱々の衣を身にまとったカニの爪の天ぷら。いい感じの歯ごたえがあり、生とは違った甘みが口の中に広がった。
・焼きガニ:身が引き締まり、濃厚な味わいが楽しめた。
・カニ味噌(焼き):外せない一品。焼く事により香ばしさが加わり、濃厚な味わいが楽しめた。口に入れた後、香ばしい香りが鼻から抜けていく瞬間がたまらない！
【雰囲気】
・落ち着いた店内。夕方の5時にも関わらず、満席状態。隣の席には歓迎会のグループかな。うるさくなりそうと覚悟をしていたが、皆黙々と(コース料理の)カニを食べていた為、静かだった(笑)
・一度にたくさん注文したが、食べてるスピードを見ながら運んでくれた。
【コスト】相応の金額
【場所】ルートインと言うホテルの道路を挟んで反対側。お店で食べて、飲んで、ルートインで宿泊って言うのがベストかも(笑)

【味】
・刺身：
チュルチュルで甘味が最高です。のど越しバツグン！
・蟹しゃぶ：
出汁の中に蟹の身を潜らせる事により、
歯応えと(刺身とはまた違った)甘味を増してきます。
(個人的にはこれが一番好きです！)
・ゆでずわいカニ：
身がホクホクとしていて、刺身ともしゃぶしゃぶとも
違った甘味があります。身をほぐすだけほぐして、
口一杯に一気に頬張ってください。
・天ぷら：
塩やポン酢など色んな食べ方が出来ます。
柔らかさの中に蟹の歯応えを感じる事が出来ます。
揚げたて(提供後すぐ)の状態で食べてください。
・焼き蟹：
焼いた香ばしい香りが、食欲をそそります。
焼いた時の甘味が何とも言えず、笑みがこぼれます。
○ほぼ｢蟹の甘味｣と言う感想ばっかりで
申し訳ないのですが、事実なのです(汗)
ただ｢色んな甘味｣を感じる事が出来ますので、
食べる価値はあると思います。
(他にも色々コースメニューがあります。)
【その他】
・店内は(失礼ですが)ちょっと狭いので、
車イスの方は難しいかもです。
・個室もあるので、特別な時に使うのも良いかもです。
・｢マグロ｣と｢カニ｣がメインですので、
その２つを極めたいのであればぜひにです。
