犀川のほとりにある白い外観が印象的な素敵なお店です。 肉のグリエを看板料理に掲げたビストロでカウンター７席と小上がり８席かと思いきや奥にも座敷と店内は想像以上にもかなり広めでした。 こじんまりが好きな私としては奥の部屋は無いほうがいいですね。
オーナーシェフの寺西さんはハンガリー大使館の公邸料理人の経験もあるイケメンでクールなお方で仕事ぶりはまさに真剣そのもの期待感は高まります。
まずはビールで乾杯し、人数が４人だったので好きなものをチョイスしながらワインもボトルで白と赤を４人なので軽く空けて料理もアラカルトで１０品以上は頼んだと思いますが、とにかく何を食べてもはずれなし、さすがです。 さらにお会計もこれだけ食べて飲んで一人６０００円弱とわりとリーズナブル。 通常なら４０００円から５０００円くらいの予算で楽しめると思います。
特にお肉のグリエ盛り合わせは必ず頼んで頂きたいですね。 ボリュームもあるし、シェフのこだわりが凝縮された鉄板とも言える１品です。
後はお肉屋さんのオードブルもイベリコ豚のサラミや生ハム、軍鶏の燻製などワインのつまみには最高ですよ。
サービスで少し不満があるもののこれからますます人気店になってなっていくであろうお店です。 この日も満席で後日何回かお店の前を通りましたが、ある日はサラリーマンらしき男性人でカウンターは埋まっていましたし、またある時はＯＬさんでカウンター全て埋まっていてまさに今では予約なしでは入れないほど勢いがあるお店です。 私もこのお店は小上がりよりやはりオープンキッチンのカウンター席がやはりお勧めです。
次回は一人でカウンターで寺西さんと会話でもしながら食事を楽しみたいのですが、この人気でこのキャパでは会話も気兼ねで閉店間際で調理が落ち着くまでは難しいでしょうね。
