９月オープンのまだまだ馴染みのないグリエジョー。
試行錯誤を繰り返してきたらしく落ち着きだしたと聞いて寄ってみることに。
店内店外ともにオシャレな作りも心地好く、デートにも飲み会にも重宝しそう。
メニューは前菜、サラダ、魚、肉料理をメインにオススメは黒板にかかれマスターが抜粋している模様。
カウンターからは調理姿が見え、香りも感じながら腕前がしっかり見えて食欲が増すこと増すこと！！
さて、メニュー内容は前菜の盛り合わせもお肉版の盛り合わせもあったり、サンマの燻製ローストなど350円くらいから1500円ほどの価格設定で種類豊富に楽しめる。
魚、肉料理もＡ５ランクでも3000円と満足のいく逸品ばかり！今回は千葉県産花悠仔豚のグリエと軍鶏もも肉のグリエを注文。
豚は甘味の中にも噛めばジューシーかつ香ばしさを感じることができ、また備え付けのマスタードは辛みもない中にしっかりとした味わいを醸し出していた！
肉にはこだわり岩手産や各地の肉を選びぬき、一つ一つの素材を旨くそして味付けもそれぞれ生かされていて肉選びも楽しい！！
シンプルなメニュー構成であるもののワインも手頃な価格設定もありがたく、川沿いにあるので気分を変えてつまみながら飲むのも気持ちが高ぶりそう！
帰り際もイケメンマスターがわざわざ出て来て頂くのもなんだか嬉しい限り！
縁もゆかりもない金沢で開業したと聞きましたが、片町近辺で新しい風を巻き込んでくれる新鋭グリエジョーさんには今後もお世話になりたいですね！
ちなみに女子会や女の子だけとかでも軽く行きやすいお店でなのでマスター目当てでもいいと思いますよ！
