片町で人気のｸﾞﾘｴｼﾞｮｰに行ってきました。
店は片町の繁華街をちょっと抜けた犀川沿いに位置しています。
店内はお洒落で、座敷もあるとてもモダンなお店で、雰囲気はとても良いです。
お料理の方ですが、この店の定番みたいな「お肉屋さんのオードブル」をまず注文。ボリュームもあり、一度に多種のお肉が味わえお得感もあります。今まで食べたことのない肉も沢山あり興味津々で食べることができました。
次は鴨肉のローストのサラダですが、鴨肉はとても美味しいのですが、サラダのドレッシングがやたらと酸っぱくて、食べにくかったです。
メインは、三種の肉のグリルの盛り合わせの、シャモと金華豚に黒毛和牛のグリルをオーダーしましたが、三種とも塩くどくてかなり大変でした。
残念だったんで、イベリコ豚の舌のグリルをオーダーしましたか、これも塩くどかった。
この店は、今までにない店が金沢に誕生したという印象で、他にも挑戦したいメニューが多数ありました。でも、塩加減をよく調整して欲しいお店でした。
あとトイレのサンポールは、あれ入れすぎでは？強烈な匂いでした。
