小鉢は車麩と玉子
お造りはさわらとかんぱち
この後から天ぷらがスタート

海老の旨味たっぷり

はらわたの苦味が旨い
残念ながら今日は車なのでお酒は飲めず
絶対にビールが進む

大きく分厚く口の中がやけどしそうなほど
熱々でホクホクで甘い
・熊本の赤ナス
こちらも大きく分厚い
熱々のとろとろ
・スナップエンドウ
さくさく
・白身魚(鯛)
骨を取り除いてあり食べやすくしてありました
肉厚で鯛の旨味はっきり感じ取れます
・ミョウガ
ちよっと苦手だが、美味しく頂けました
で、ご飯はおかわり自由
