以前から気になってましたが、ようやく訪問。
金沢はあまり天ぷら専門店がないイメージ。
木倉町でもここだけですよね。
様子見でおまかせコースを注文。
さすが専門店でおいしいです。
特にタイや五郎島金時、ホワイトコーン、などといった特別な旬の食材は
月並みですがカラッとあがっており、
雑味がなくおいしいです。
特に野菜を単品で食べる場合（ソース等なしで）
野菜の旨味を最大限引き出すのって天ぷらじゃないでしょうか。
最後はアナゴ丼で締め。
こちらも絶品でした。
