ずっと以前に書いてあった口コミがお店側から「その口コミ、うちじゃないんじゃない？」
と返ってきまして。
でも3年以上も前なので違うお店として書くにも訂正するにも流石に記憶がない。
ならば改めて書こうじゃないか、と約3年ぶりにこちらへ。
以前の記録は一切読まずに消し、全く新たなお店の口コミとして書きます。
木倉町を入って少ししたところにある天ぷら専門のお店です。
こちらはカウンターのみかと思いきや、小上がりもあるそうです。
お店はご主人と女性の方で営業しています。
お店から「女性スタッフが入った事ない」と指摘されたけどいるじゃん！
奥さんて事かしら。
ともかくカウンターは目の前で揚げてくれるのを見ながらいただけます。
この日はランチ（1,500円）を選択。
サラダ、刺身が最初に出されます。
サラダは特筆すべき事も無し。赤身の刺身はかなり厚めに切られていました。
これは結構ありがたい感じ。
天ぷらは順番に揚げて提供。天つゆと粗塩でいただきます。
天つゆは冷たく、少し濃いめの味付け。
まずはヤングコーンからスタート。
エビ×2。
小さめですが2尾なのは嬉しいです。
水槽でも元気に泳いでいました。それだけ活きが良いという事ですね。
プリプリ感も良い感じ。
ジャガイモはホクホク。
こごみはあまり食べた経験が無いなあ。
中の少しねばっとした食感と、爽やかな香りが好み。これは良かった。今回一番好みかも。
ホタテは柔らかくて臭みもないけど衣の付きが悪かったのが残念。
あおさの味噌汁。
以前の口コミで赤だしだなんて書いていましたがすいません、普通の味噌汁でしたね。
口にすると磯の香りが広がります。
ご飯と香の物まで。
以前より印象は良かったです。特に衣が少し軽めになっていました。
ボリュームは思ったよりはありますが、それでもやや少なめ。
女性で丁度良いくらいかと。
